I’d totally give it a zero if that was possible. I ordered a couple of Valentine’s cards last Saturday with first-class shipping, and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. I reached out via email to request a refund, but they’re not willing to give me my money back. I’m never shopping here again!!!!!

I placed my order on December 11th for a holiday present since their site promised it would get here before Christmas. They shipped it out the following day, but here we are on January 3rd, and I still haven't seen it. I've sent multiple emails, tried calling the number listed on their site five times (no luck), and even reached out to them on Instagram, but no one’s gotten back to me. Plus, the tracking info they provided doesn’t work, so I can’t even check where my package is.

Ordered on 11th December for a Christmas gift as their website said would arrive before Christmas. It was despatched the next day but now it is 3rd January and still have not received it. I have emailed several times, called the number on their website 5 times (no answer) and even messaged them on instagram and have no response at all. The tracking they gave doesn’t work either so there’s no way of even tracking the parcel.

I requested a picture of my late grandma and my daughter since they never had the opportunity to meet. The image of my grandma was quite old, so I wasn’t really expecting much, to be honest. Wow, it brought a tear to my eye! The photo turned out incredible and truly surpassed what I thought it would be. Thank you so, so much! ❤️

I made a purchase 3 weeks back and haven't gotten my items yet. I reached out via email but got no reply!

Then I got a response saying, "5 days for delivery plus an extra 4 days because of Royal Mail strikes." But here I am, still waiting after 15 days!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and still not received the products. Emailed and had no response!

Got an email reply saying “ 5 day delivery time plus 4 days due to Royal Mail strikes”
However I have been waiting 15 days so far

Arrived within 4 days the quality of the items are fabulous and the price was so reasonable.

Placed another order the next day and that was delivered the same time ad the first order.

I emailed the company to say thanks for a quick delivery and great products. Was pleasantly surprised they sent a really nice thank you email back what great customer service.

I placed an order, but due to the Royal Mail strikes, it wouldn’t make it in time for my event, even though I opted for the fastest delivery.

When I reached out to the company, they informed me that I couldn’t cancel since my order included personalized items.

After chatting on the phone, I suggested that I could arrange my own courier and have the delivery fee refunded to ensure I got the items on time. The company was incredible and even offered to drop it off at a collection point on their way home!

Top-notch service, I can’t recommend them enough.

Now, it’s just up to the courier to deliver it on time.

I contacted the company and was told I couldn't cancel the order as I had personalised items in the order.

After a discussion on the phone, I offered to book my own courier and have the delivery cost refunded to get the products in time.
The company were fantastic and even offered to have this dropped to a collection point on their way home!

Fantastic service, couldnt recommend anymore.

Now its down to the courier to get it to me on time.
